OBJECTIVE目标

Effectiveresponsetowaterloggingdisastersandminimize

casualtiesandlossescausedbydisasterstoensurethe

hoteloperations.

有效应对内涝灾害，最大限度减少人员伤亡和灾害损失，保

证酒店运营。

PROCEDURE程序

Ourcity'ssummerrainfallconcentratedinJulyandAugust,

heavyrainfallcouldeasilyleadtofloodsandcauselosses.

Itisalsomaybeaffecthoteloperations.

本市汛期降水集中在7、8月，强降雨易造成洪涝灾害，给酒

店带来损失，并可能影响运营。

Thecityfloodcontrolemergenciesisdividedintofour

levels：1level(Special),2level(High),3level(Medium),4

level(General)

本市防汛突发事件分为4级：1级(特大)2级(重大)3级

(较大)4级(一般)

Thehotelsitecrisisteamshouldpayattentiontoweather

forecastsandfloodemergencieswarningwhenenterthe

floodseason.

进入汛期酒店危机管理团队应关注天气预测和防汛突发事件

预警。

SafeguardofFloodEmergencies:Hotelsitecrisisteamis

theleadingnucleusforfloodemergenciesand

responsibleforthedisposaloftheemergencies.

防汛突发事件组织保障：酒店危机管理团队是防汛突发事件

的领导核心。负责突发事件的应对处置。

Whenreceivethesecondlevelalarm,SECManager

shouldinformthedutymembersofERTtogetreadyforthe

emergency.

当收到汛情预警2级，保安部经理通知酒店应急响应小组值

班人员做好准备，处置可能发生的紧急情况。

Ifthealertreachesthefirstlevel,hotelshouldsetupthe

rescueteamtoassisttheERTanddisposethepossible

emergency.

如汛情预警达到1级，酒店应建立抢险小组，协助应急响应

小组，处置可能发生的紧急情况。

Departmentsshouldfulfilltheirresponsibilitiestoensure

themaximumoperationofthehotel:

1.Responsiblefortheinspectionandpreventiveworkof

floodcontrol.

2.Goallouttoprotectthesafetyofhotelproperty,guests

andteammembers.

3.Dealwiththeaftermathandassistdepartmentsto

restorethefunctionoftheaffectedareastimelytoprotect

thenormaloperationofthehotel.

各部门应履行各自的防汛职责，团结协作，最大限度的保证

酒店的运营；

1负责做好本部防讯的检查及防范。

2最大限度保护酒店财产安全，确保酒店客人和员工安全。

3做好善后处理，协助各部及时恢复受灾区功能，保障酒店正

常营运。

SecurityDepartment:

Checkthehotelbuildingsontheperipheryandprepare

adequatepowerwalkie-talkieandemergencyflashlight.

Monitorthedisasteroutofhoteltoreportabnormitytothe

CCTVroomimmediately.

保安部职责；

检查酒店外围建筑，准备充足电量的对讲机，准备应急手

电，监视酒店外围灾情，发现异常立即向指挥中心报告。

EngineeringDepartment:

Checkthedrainagesystemtoensureitisunimpeded,

especiallytheinletandoutletofdrainage.

Cleanupthehigh-levelmobileobjects.MOveOfrelnfof«n.as9ppropriate.

Checkthehigh-levelfacilitiesandequipment,suchasTV

antennas,coolingtowers,draughtfans,fluepipe,elevator

machineroomandoutdoorlighting.Moveorreinforceit,

asappropriate.

Checkthereliabilityoflightningprotectionandgrounding

systems.

Preparethealternatesewagepumpsandtemporary

drainagehose.

Watchthekeypartsofengineeringdistributionroom.

工程部职责：

检查排水系统，并保证畅通无阻，特别是排水入口、排水出

口。

清理高层移动物，能搬走的搬走，不能搬走的要加固。

检查高层设施设备，卫视天线、冷却塔、风机、风管、电梯

机房、室外灯光需要加固的加固，需要移走的移走。

检查防雷接地系统是否可靠。

准备备用排污泵及临时排水软管。

值守工程部的配电室等重点部位。

Housekeepingduties:

Checkwhethertheglasswindowissealedandclosed.

CheckLaundrydrainagevalve,ensureitisclosedto

preventintrusionofexternalwater.

Preparesufficientplasticbarrel,wastetowels,mops,

pumpsanddryers.

Ensurethenormaluseofpumpsanddryers.

客房区域职责：

检查玻璃窗是否密封。

检查洗衣房排水阀保证该阀关闭良好，以防外水倒灌。

准备充足的塑料桶、废毛巾、拖把，吸水机、烘干机。

确保吸水机、烘干机可以使用。

F&BDepartment:

Keepeachdoorandwindowot30Fand30Froottopbarareclosedfirmly.

餐饮部职责：

检查30层区域外墙玻璃门和窗是否密闭，30层屋顶酒吧门窗

是否密闭。

厨房职责：

Keepeachdoorandwindowfrom30Fareclosedfirmly.

检查30层厨房区域门窗是否密闭。

FrontOffice:

Check:Theglassofthelobbymainentrance,thelobby

glasscurtainwallandthecanopy.

Paycloseattentionstothesecurityofguests.

Lobbymanagershouldenhancetheinspectionofeach

areaandcommandtheERTtodisposeemergency.

前厅部职责；

检查：负责检查大堂正门玻璃、大堂玻璃幕墙及正门雨棚。

关注客人安全。

大堂经理加强对各区域的巡查，指挥酒店的应急响应小组,

处置突发的情况。

FinanceDepartment:

Collecteddamagedpropertyinformationfromeach

departmentafterfloodandreportthestatisticstoinsurance

companieswithinthestipulatedtime.

财务部职责：

洪情过后立即向各部收集受损财产资料，并做出统计，规定

时限内报保险公司。
